PAYMENT

ANTONETTA accepts online payments with iDEAL, Mastercard and ApplePay.

  • All our prices are having taxes included (21%).

The website is using the prices in Euro (EUR) 

ANTONETTA works together with a secure payment server that keeps all of our customers information safe, so no one can come in to this information.

Also our website keeps all the information safe and will not be used, outside of the information to send the purchase.

 

 

DELIVERY

We will send your item(s) within two work days (starts at the moment you order). Prices depend on the delivery distance and delivery service. We send for free when your purchase is up to 150  (EUR).

Our prices;

  • PostNL €7,95 (all over Europe)
  • DHL €5,95 (the Netherlands, Belgium)
  • DHL €9,95 (the rest of Europe)

You will receive a Track & Trace number to follow your purchase from our warehouse to your home.

When you order in the weekend, your purchase will be send the upcoming Monday morning. 

Be aware of ordering on national and international Holidays, it can be that your package will have some delay. We promise to do everything to send it as soon as possible.

 

 

RETURN & REFUND

As customer you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to return your item(s). 

To get your return label, please send us an email to info@antonettaofficial.com with your reason why you would like to return your item(s). Please put your order number, name and which item(s) you would like to return. We will make and send the label to you within 2 work days on the same emailaddress you've send us the email to.

It's important you send us the email for the return within 14 days after receiving your purchase. It's not necessary to have the purchase back in our warehouse within 14 days.

Be aware of the cost we will count for returning your purchase. Because ANTONETTA stands for sustainability we like to support our community to not order with doubt. That's why we ask for the price of the shipping. We hope you will understand why we choose to work this way.

The price will be €9,95 to create and send you the return label. 

 

After receiving your return label, please send us your purchase as soon as possible. We will have a Track & Trace connected, so we can also see when your package will be send and return. We are responsible for the package, the minute, it's send. If the company lose your package, we will make sure to handle it with our insurance. 

 

How to send your purchase back?

Send us an email with your information + the item(s) you would like to return to receive a return label. 

Returning products will cost €9,95. This because the customer is responsible for the cost of your returning. Those costs will automatically be taken of your refund when our warehouse received your purchase. 

When you bought your return label at ANTONETTA we will be responsible for everything that happens after sending your return.

  • You need to print your return label after receiving

 

Conditions of return

  • The items needs to look exactly like how you received them (as new).
  • The return is asked within 14 days after receiving your purchase.
  • The items needs to be well packaged.
  • The items can't be affected by perfume, make-up or smoke.
  • The tags can't be gone or damaged.

 

The state of the article by returning

You are responsible for fall in value. That means that when the article is not in the right state, as you received it, you will not get all or nothing of your refund back. When the items are used and we see or smell one of the conditions of return, we will look into it. In this case ANTONETTA will decided if you will get some money back or nothing.

We advice to send your item(s) back in the original packaging. 

 

When your items look good and are approved, we will send the money back to the account (you've paid with) within two work days after receiving the item(s). The shipping costs are not included. It's possible that you will receive the money later then we've send it. (depends on the bankaccount)

CHANGING SIZE

If you like the item but you would like a different size, you can order the new size and send the other one back. This works with our return process, as you can read about, above here. We ANTONETTA are not responsible for the choice of a different size. This means that the shipping & returning costs will be for the customer. 

 

You need to send the other item back with our return process, otherwise we can not help you. Please send us an email to make sure you want to send an item back.

 

We recommend with ordering an item to look at the measurements before ordering. You can always send us an email with questions about size and measurements if you are not sure which size to order.

 

 

CUSTOMER & PRIVACY

We don't sell or share personal information to others. Your personal information will be registered in our customer base. You can always let us delete all your personal information.

To get an agreement with ANTONETTA, we need the upcoming information;

  • address
  • email address 

We register your information so we can send your items to you. 

We will safe your information. You can request us to remove your information out of our system. When you order something new, your information will be back in our system.

We never sell or share your information with anyone. It's only for our own use to send you the products you ordered. 

When you agree to the terms of service, you agree with us having your information. This is only the information you gave us with ordering your items.
